Situação legal no Paquistão (segundo a ILGA World):

«The Embassy of Pakistan in The Hague stated in 1987 that: "In Pakistan homosexuality and/or sexual contacts among women and men are treated as immoral acts. There is no legal protection against discrimination of homosexual women and men in Pakistan. The homosexual individual is not accepted as a decent individual, and homosexual acts constitute an offense punishable with imprisonment for life or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years. The recorded cases are very few. This fact by itself shows that the offense of this nature is not frequent."»

E na Cidade do Vaticano (que, não sendo um país normal até pelos critérios católicos promotores do casamento e da procriação, é internacional e escandalosamente considerada um País):

«In July 1999, the Vatican's Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith ordered Father Robert Nugent and Sister Jeannine Gramick to halt their 30 years of pastoral work among gay and lesbian Catholics. In the profession of faith they were made to sign, they had to "firmly accept and hold that homosexual acts are always objectively evil"and that "the homosexual inclination ?. must be considered objectively disordered".» (também na ILGA World)
